NTUC65 Campaign — UTAP First-Timer Reward

1. Eligibility

To qualify for the S$10 worth of Linkpoints reward under the NTUC65 Campaign — UTAP First-Timer Reward, a member must meet all of the following criteria:

• be a valid NTUC Union Member at the point of UTAP claim submission, eligibility confirmation and Linkpoints crediting;
• be a first-time UTAP claimant for 2026, meaning the member must not have any successful UTAP disbursement from 1 January 2026 to 29 September 2026;
• have a successful UTAP disbursement dated between 30 September 2026 and 30 April 2027;
• have submitted the relevant UTAP claim by 31 March 2027; and
• be among the first 10,000 qualifying members, based on the successful UTAP disbursement date and NTUC’s records.

Each eligible member is entitled to receive the reward once only during the campaign period.

2. Claim Submission Deadline

Members must submit their UTAP claim by 31 March 2027 to allow sufficient time for claim processing and disbursement within the campaign window.

UTAP claims submitted after 31 March 2027 will not be eligible for the reward, even if the member is otherwise a first-time UTAP claimant.

Members should note that UTAP disbursement may take up to 4 weeks from the date of successful claim submission, subject to verification and processing.

3. Reward

Eligible members will receive S$10 worth of Linkpoints credited to their registered Linkpoints account.

Linkpoints will be credited within 60 days from the date of successful UTAP claim submission and confirmation of eligibility by NTUC.

Linkpoints are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to the prevailing Linkpoints terms and conditions.

4. Disqualification

A member will not be eligible for the reward if:

• they have a successful UTAP disbursement from 1 January 2026 to 29 September 2026;
• their UTAP claim submission is incomplete, unsuccessful, rejected, cancelled or not disbursed within the campaign window;
• their NTUC Union Membership is not active, valid or in good standing at the point of claim submission, eligibility confirmation or Linkpoints crediting;
• they do not have a valid registered Linkpoints account required for crediting;
• the campaign cap of 10,000 qualifying members has been reached; or
• they are found to have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information.

5. General

The reward is limited to the first 10,000 qualifying members on a first-disbursed, first-served basis, based on NTUC’s records.

Where the 10,000-member cap has been reached, no further rewards will be issued.

NTUC reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate this reward, amend these terms and conditions, or substitute the reward at any time without prior notice.

NTUC’s decision on all matters relating to the reward, including eligibility, disbursement, fulfilment and interpretation of these terms and conditions, shall be final and binding.

This reward is not valid in conjunction with other NTUC promotions, offers or rewards unless otherwise stated.
